The Shaman
The shaman is a seer and healer. The shaman has an altar ego that is their source of power, very similar to a spiritualist medium, who works with a guide. Shamans "journey", which is a part of their seeing, they journey to the underworld which shows them the source of a problem and they journey to the upper world, which shows them the solution. Through the power of the altar ego, shamans heal, either by bringing something back that is missing, called soul retrieval, or removing something negative like an emotionally charged thoughtform, which can often be seen as an arrow, an intrusion.

Three Dan-Tiens
Three important centers: head, heart, and stomach. The third eye is the intellect, the ability to see spiritually. The heart is the emotion, the ability to feel. The stomach is the Dan-Tien, your energy center. In the East, these are called "three secrets": Yantra, mantra, and mudra.
